  • Providing project management and independent technical expertise for train manufacturer and maintenance provider for the condition assessment and overhaul optimisation of a number of train components
  • Providing major technical support and VMI management to two TOC’s on their fleet of high speed trains.
  • Providing our services as a RISAS Technical Expert to an ICB RISAB client.
  • Undertake both product and process audits for an ICB client.
  • Management and fully delivering a number of maintenance and overhaul projects for our major ICB client.
